classes.
We offer the following types of classes:
Intro to Pole Dancing:

- One time taster class
- Also serves as
orientation for our weekly group classes
- Meets for 90 minutes once
every 7-8 weeks
Weekly group classes < click

- Meets for 75 minutes once per
week for 6 weeks
- Pre-requisite: Intro To Pole
Dancing
- Offered at both Chicago
Heights and Frankfort studios
- Maximum 8 students per class
(2 per pole)
- Two Levels:
Basic/Intermediate or Advanced
- Learn spins, transitions,
floor work, climbing and inverts
- Dress comfortably in shorts/skorts,
tanks and bare feet
- Emphasis on dance with
choreography
- Drop-in option available for
advanced level students

- One-time 60-minute class
- Open to new, current and
past students
- Offered at Chicago
Heights only
- Maximum 8 students per
class (2 per pole)
- Beginner through
intermediate skill levels
- No climbing or inversion
moves
- Learn a new choreographed
routine at each class
- Dress comfortably in shorts/skorts,
tanks and bare feet or heels

Flow And Expressive Movement
- 2-hour workshop offered once
per month
- Chicago Heights Studio Only
- Pre-requisite: has completed
Basic/Intermediate level 3
- Outside students: call for
interview to determine level of experience
- Maximum 6 students per class
- Heels allowed - dress up for
class is encouraged
- Emphasis on freestyle
dancing, perfecting movement and flow.
